Animal Portraiture - starting Monday, May 18th

5 Weeks: Mondays, May 18 - June 22, 2020 (no class May 25)
10:00 am - 12:30 pm The Center for Contemporary Art, this class will be held online via ZOOM $137 members/$162 non-members Working from initial sketches to a finished drawing or painting, students will learn how to translate a photo into a realistic finished product. Learn about many different techniques in either pencil or paint, (your choice) that can be used to describe textures such as fur and feathers. Students will receive individual assistance. Bring several clear, close-up photos of the animal of your choice to use as reference. This class is flexible to different kinds of media. Work with whatever drawing or paint materials you would like! |
