This class is dedicated to providing guidance to finish paintings or drawings in any media of your choice. If you are unsure of the next steps to take in a partially completed piece, this class will help you move forward. Each class will be catered towards the students’ individual needs. This course will delve into color mixing and how to finalize a composition, plus students will be given demonstrations on how the instructor’s own “unfinished works” are being finalized in various media. Bring any drawing or painting that you wish to work on, and continue working in the materials of your choice.

The instructor will demonstrate how to approach a pastel drawing through various stages, from the composition and getting the correct proportions and perspective, to understanding which colors to use to get the correct shade you are looking for.
